Our Video Cracks when uploaded to youtube

I have tried creating video many times. If I play it on my system. it works perfect. if play it from mysite online. its working great but when I upload it to youtube and play it, my voice in the video keeps on cracking. I tried using Vimeo but has issue. my voice/speech goes faster than actions. what do I do. Can I link the video from my site for judges to access.
