All constraints for MPL and ASID

For Non-Healthcare and ASID program, the response status always fails with either mismatch of the geographical region or limit for professional liability limit of Insurance. Could you kindly suggest all constraints related to MPL and ASID as they were not explicitly mentioned in the data dictionary
