Is it too late to register?

Just found out about this hackathon. Is it too late?

    Yes but when I went to the registration page (http://info.solartis.com/solartis-insure-microservices-hackathon-registration) and entered my email in, I haven't received any automated email.

    Unsure as to how I'm suppose to sign up for a developer account.
